Refund & Return Policy

At Bold Mind Wear all products are custom-made on demand. This means every item is printed and produced specifically for each order. Because of this, we have a limited return and refund policy as outlined below.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
-
Incorrect size selection
-
Incorrect color choice
-
Ordering the wrong product
-
Personal preference
Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and color options before placing your order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We happily offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives:

Damaged, Misprinted, Defective, Different from what you ordered

Contact us within 5 days of delivery

Provide clear photos showing the issue

Include your order number and description of the problem
Once approved, we will arrange a free replacement or refund through our fulfillment part.
2. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of production defects or fulfillment errors
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
4. Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit:

Contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date

We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and fulfillment partner

A replacement or refund will be issued if the package is confirmed lost
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to incorrect address:

Reshipping costs will apply
6. Order Cancellations & Modifications
Orders may only be canceled or modified within 2hour of placement.
Once production begins, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.
7. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift card
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us first before filing chargebacks. Most issues can be resolved quickly and fairly through direct communication.
